Every evening, the lights are dimmed and the cosy restaurant welcomes guests to take a journey through Savoie’s finest cheeses. In the form of raclette, tartiflette and fondue, dishes are shared with sips of jewel-toned wine in between. Each dish is crafted from local mountain products, carefully selected to embody l’Aiglon’s guiding ethos - a celebration of the French Alps, from farm to plate.
