A feast for the senses, just beyond our doors. An escape to the Alps, the warm embrace of winter’s delicacies. The gentle aroma of morning’s first coffee and freshly baked pastries piled high, waiting to fuel the day ahead. An evening of choice, from l'Aigle d'Or, a grand brasserie where a cacophony of voices reminisce over fondue and seafood platters, to l'Aiglon, a cosy refuge where Savoie delicacies steal the show.
A cocktail, of course, to start the evening and to end the night. Whispers floating over dimly lit tables, flickering shadows illuminated by the roaring fireplace at Experimental Cocktail Club. A world of possibilities, right at your fingertips.
A grand brasserie, a welcome respite to winter’s chill. A fireplace glows with burning embers, illuminating wood panelled walls and woven fabrics. A homage to the outdoors, designer Dorothée Meilichzon has incorporated lamps in the shape of mushrooms hidden on the forest floor dropped atop ski motifs. Dark blues, reds and pale yellows are offset by cool metals and snow white marble.
The cosy restaurant welcomes guests to take a journey through Savoie’s finest cheeses. In the form of raclette, tartiflette and fondue, dishes are shared with sips of jewel-toned wine in between. Each dish is crafted from local mountain products, carefully selected to embody l’Aiglon’s guiding ethos - a celebration of the French Alps, from farm to plate.
The sixth iteration of the legendary cocktail bar has opened in Val d’Isère, where a menu will be a celebration of ECC classics alongside new cocktails, plus snacks served all day long.
